Conclusions
The average score of the Guía de Vins de Catalunya is “Very Good” compared to “Good” of the Guía Peñín, although the dispersion of the scores is much higher in the Guía de Vins de Catalunya.
Only in a quarter of the wines do the evaluations of the two guides coincide.
We reaffirm our idea that each user should identify the guide and/or prescriber whose assessment is closest to their personal taste., as well as to value positively all those wineries that, within a growing line of quality, maintain great stability in the score of their wines..
